A woman charged with three felony counts of cruelty to animals for allegedly running an illegal puppy mill pleaded not guilty to the charges Wednesday in Hot Springs, Arkansas, District Court, but agreed to relinquish all 175 dogs recovered to the Garland County Sheriff’s Department.  Read more on the case here.
